Fittings y Llaverias Ltda. is a bronze foundry and manufacturer based in Lampa, Santiago, Chile. With over 25 years of experience in bronze casting, CNC machining, and alloy production, we serve industries across Chile and internationally — from mining and construction to electrical utilities and water infrastructure.

Our facility in Camino El Otoño 1021, Lampa, houses our own foundry, machining shop, and spectrometry lab. This means we control the entire production chain — from melting raw bronze to delivering finished, precision-machined parts.

What We Manufacture

Our product range covers the full spectrum of bronze components for industrial, mining, and construction applications:

Bronze fittings: Elbows, tees, couplings, unions, bushings, caps, nipples, and water meter connections for plumbing and water distribution systems.

Bushings and bearings: Custom bronze bushings, sleeves, and bearing shells for heavy machinery, pumps, and industrial equipment.

Electrical connectors: TT connectors, parallel clamps, split bolts, ground bars, and NEMA connectors for substations and electrical infrastructure.

Bronze bars and ingots: Round, hexagonal, and square bars. Ingots available in multiple alloys, cut to your specifications.

Custom parts: Reverse engineering of discontinued parts, one-off prototypes, and production runs of specialized bronze components.

Alloys We Work With

We cast and machine a wide range of bronze and copper alloys, each selected for specific mechanical and chemical properties. Our spectrometry lab verifies every batch to ensure compliance with international standards.

SAE 40 (C90300) — tin bronze for general-purpose fittings and valves. SAE 64 (C93200) — high-lead tin bronze for bearings and bushings. SAE 65 (C90500) — gun metal bronze for pressure-tight castings. SAE 660 (C93200) — bearing bronze, the industry standard for sleeve bearings. Phosphor bronze (C51000/C52100) — excellent fatigue resistance for springs and electrical contacts. Aluminum bronze (C95400/C95500) — high strength and corrosion resistance for marine and mining applications.
